Since 2011 our Director of Operations, Claire Yap has been serving our clients and providing incredible customer experiences by helping them achieve their goals here at myeMED. With our company, Claire has gone above and beyond with her incredible commitment, responsibility, and dedication when it comes to service.
Claire has many accomplishments that proceed her including receiving a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics in 1993 from Xavier University, a Certificate of Completion on Billing and Reimbursements, and a Certificate of Completion in Medical Terminology. She received both of her certifications from NVCC.
Among her many talents, Claire is responsible for responding to our clients’ behalf for contract and credentialing specialists, as well as implementing and developing clinic policies and procedures. In addition, she leads the credentialing and re-credentialing department, implements staff training for compliance processes and issues, corroborates with billing teams, uses our very own practice management software to verify accurate billing, organizes human resource issues, and even surveys patient feedback to ensure patient satisfaction.
