As an accomplished Information Technology Director and experienced Network Engineer, Romeo Encarnado has the practical wisdom and on-the-job experience to implement proper security channels on the first time, every time!

Romeo has overseen the operations of the myeMED IT department since August of 2008.

Romeo received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from AMA University. He is also a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Information Security Specialist (CISS), and Microsoft System Engineer (MCSE).

Romeo uses his unwavering passion for technology to assist in bringing medical practices, both big and small, into modern-day protection from the threats that have the potential to cause a lot of damage. Using his experience, Romeo conducts intricate site analysis of the practice and provides the blueprint for secured success via network design and equipment.

With over 20 years of experience in both network security and HIPAA compliance, Romeo is a master at developing the infrastructure for the secure handling of sensitive patient information on all networks configured and maintained by our team.
